Milton Keynes 0-19 Service, supports the physical and mental health of children and young people from 0 to 19 years old, offering a valuable link between health and education services.
We help children and young people to develop the skills they need to manage the challenges they might face in school, at home or in their personal lives.
As a service, we work in close partnership with parents, carers, schools, colleges, GPs, health visitors, safeguarding services and other agencies to promote the good health and wellbeing of school-aged children and young people.
Our staff consist of health visitors, school nurses, staff nurses, nursery nurses, healthcare assistants and administrators.
In our health and wellbeing zone, you can find lots of helpful information and advice for parents and carers about health, emotional wellbeing, and other topics.
You can also contact our service directly on 01908 725100 Monday to Friday between 9.30am and 4.30pm or email cnw-tr.0-19adminhub.mk@nhs.net to find out more about what we offer or to make an appointment for your child.
We have separate health and wellbeing zones for primary school children and young people which you can also browse for information.
